| <br>Our dear friend rust, the bane of every W116 owner. My car has it, there is no denying. I can see through the floor panel in the back, and front. Some is appearing on the passenger door as well. Most people I have talked to refuse to even consider restoring a rusty W116. I don't see it that way. The structural components are still un-touched. It'll just take some time and work, but I think it is do-able.<br><br><br>
